Globally, about 200 million tons of cereal bran is wasted every year. We aim to take advantage of fermentation and ultrasound technologies to bring bran to the market, transforming it into food products and thus emphasizing the environment of our companies, commitments and the potential for innovation.

The innovation is based on the functionalization method of bran and the creation of a delivery system, which is ensuring stability during storage and controlled release of lactic acid bacteria cells during digestion.
