Refund and Returns policy

The goods sold on the website balticbiofusion.com are subject to the return and exchange provisions set forth in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We strive to ensure that your experience with our products is flawless, but if you are not satisfied with the goods, the following rules apply:

1. Right to withdraw from the contract (14-day rule)

The buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

  • Important condition: The goods must be unused, undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance, and be in their original, undamaged packaging (seals intact, protective film not removed, etc.).

  • Exceptions: Pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, this right does not apply to:

    • Packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

    • Goods that have been manufactured according to the Buyer’s specific instructions or are clearly tailored to their personal needs.

2. Return procedure for goods in good condition

To return goods in good condition within 14 days:

  1. Please inform us by email at info@balticbiofusion.com, indicating the order number and the goods to be returned.

  2. The goods must be securely packaged so that they are not damaged during transport.

  3. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective.

3. Returning defective goods

If you have received a damaged shipment or a product with a manufacturing defect:

  • The buyer has the right to request a replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

  • You must report a defective product immediately, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the shipment, providing photos proving the defect.

  • In this case, all shipping costs will be covered by MB Baltic Bio Fusion.

4. Refund procedure

  • Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 calendar days of the goods reaching the Seller and their condition being checked.

  • Refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was made.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable at the time of purchase) will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
