Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer and MB Baltic Bio Fusion, company code 306686071, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, (here in after referredtoas the Seller) when purchasing goods on the website www.balticbiofusion.com
1.2. By placing an order on the website, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.
1.3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer creates a shopping cart, placesanorder, and pays for it.

2. Goods and prices

2.1. All prices of goods are indicated in euros (€).
2.2. The Seller is not a VAT payer, therefore VAT is not indicated on invoices until the VAT registration threshold is reached in accordance with applicable law.
2.3. The seller has the right to change the prices of goods with out prior notice, but the price applicable to the order is the price validat the time of placing the order.

3. Payment procedure

3.1. Payment can be made using the Paysera payment system or by bank transfer.
3.2. The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

4. Order processing

4.1. The order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
4.2. The buyer undertakes to provide accurate information.
4.3. The Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfillment of the order if the Buyer has provided inaccurate data.

5. Return of goods

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without specifying the reason.
5.2. Returned goods must be:

    • Unused;
    • Undamaged;
    • In their original packaging.

5.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, except in cases where the returned goods are defective.
5.4. The money shall be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
5.5. Food supplements and hygiene products cannot be returned if their packaging has been damaged.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller is liable for the quality of the goods in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the goods.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (www.vvtat.lt).

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Seller has the right to update the Rules.
8.2. The latest version of the Rules is always published on the website.
